Ingredients
- 2 devil food cake mixes
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 can cream cheese frosting
Preparation
Step 1
Mix shortening and eggs well in a large bowl.
Add half of first cake mix and beat for 2 minutes,
Mix in second half of cake mix ( you will probably have to use a wooden spoon).
Knead in second cake mix.
Roll into about 1" balls and place on cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 - 11 minutes at 350 degrees.
As soon as you remove the cookies from the oven, drop the cookie sheet on counter to flatten cookies.
Remove from cookie sheet and allow cookies to cool completely.
Frost and put together to make oreos.
