This is a quick and delicious Fettuccine Alfredo recipe that your whole family is sure to love. Great with broccoli, cajun chicken and tomatoes.

Ingredients
- 10 oz fresh fettuccine or tagliatelle pasta
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- 1 cup heavy cream, lightly whipped
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook pasta. Add ground pepper.If your pasta is fresh, it only needs about 2 minutes to cook, so prepare accordingly.
In a large pan over low heat, melt butter.
Slow add the lightly whipped cream to the butter and stir.
Slowly add grated Parmesan cheese while stirring
Drain the pasta, and add to pan.
Mix everything together and serve.
