Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 boxes pie crust mix
- 2 T water
- 3 T melted butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- Confectioner's sugar
- 2 T cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare cake mix as directed on box and bake in an oblong pan for 12 minutes (large baking sheet works well).
Combine pie crust mix with the sugar, water, cinnamon and melted butter. Mix thoroughly and sprinkle on cake.
Continue baking and test for doneness with a toothpick.
When cool, sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
