Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup whole bran cereal
  • 1 cup baked coconut
  • 1/2 cup almonds/peanuts or both
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup honey
  • 2 t vanilla
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Mix oats, cereal, flour, coconut and nuts in ungreased oblong pan. Heat butter and honey until hot and bubbly. Stir in vanilla and pour over oat mixture and stir. Bake at 300 for 30-35 minutes. Stir in raisins, breaking up pieces with spatula.
