Sausage Gravy

Ingredients
- 3/4 Cups Flour, Scant
- 1/2 Cups Bacon Fat
- 1 Pounds Country Sausage
- 4 Cups Milk

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the sausage, add the fat (does not have to be bacon fat, you can use oil) add the flour and stir. Cook for one minute. Add milk all at once and stir until thickened. This is for Sausage gravy over biscuits. Leave the sausage out if you are making gravy for potatoes.
