Ingredients
- 1 Lb pork shoulder, Cut In 1 Inch Pieces
- 1 Pinch oregano
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 Tsp black pepper
- 1/2 Tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 Tsp cayenne, Or Chili Powder
- 1 Large Can White Hominy, drained and rinsed
- 3 To 5 Cups Chicken Broth, Canned Or Granuals
- 1 Cup canned chopped green chilies
- 1 Can Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed
- Salt To Taste

Step 1
Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours or on High for 4 to 6.
