Ingredients

  • 1 Lb pork shoulder, Cut In 1 Inch Pieces
  • 1 Pinch oregano
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 Tsp cayenne, Or Chili Powder
  • 1 Large Can White Hominy, drained and rinsed
  • 3 To 5 Cups Chicken Broth, Canned Or Granuals
  • 1 Cup canned chopped green chilies
  • 1 Can Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed
  • Salt To Taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours or on High for 4 to 6.
