Ingredients
- Mustard dipping sauce:
- 1 lb chicken breast tenders
- 1 cup regular oats
- 2 tbsp. grated parm cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- nonstick cooking spray
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. honey
- dash of hot sauce to taste
Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 450. place chicken tenders between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to 1/2 inch thickness using mallet.
process oats in food processor until coarsely ground. place in a small bowl with cheese, thyme and black pepper.
lightly spray both sides of chicken tenders with oil and dredge tenders in oat mixture.
bake in preheated oven for 12 mins or until browned.
in the meantime, stir together all ingredients for mustard dipping sauce.
serve chicken fingers with mustard dipping sauce.
