Ingredients
- 1 (28oz) can whole tomatoes, drained
- 3 jalapeño peppers, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 1/3 c coarsely chopped sweet onion
- 1/4 c loosely packed fresh cilantro
- 1 garlic clove,minced
- salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1) pulse first 5 ingredients in blender or food processor 5-6 times or just until chopped and combined. season with salt to taste. store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 3 days.
