Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 4-6 skinless chicken breast cut into bite size slices
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sause
  • 2 Tbsp. sherry or balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sugar or honey
  • 1/2 tsp. grated ginger or pinch of ground ginger
  • 1-2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp. hot chili flakes (add more or less to desired spiciness)
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. basil
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 4-6 servings cooked rice
  • vegetables of choice

Step 1

heat oil in a pan, and saute chicken pieces until golden. stir in rest of ingredients, cover and simmer until sause coats all the chicken pieces.
stir in vegetables and saute until tender. serve over rice
