Bean and Pepper Toss

Ingredients

  • 1 C roasted red peppers, drained & chopped
  • 1 1/2 C tomatoes, seeded & chopped
  • 1 can navy beans, rinsed & drained
  • 1 TBLS capers, drained
  • 2 TBLS basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 TBLS olive oil
  • 1 medium garlic clove, minced 1
  • 1/8 tsp dried pepper flakes

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl; combine all ingredients to blend. Serve with sliced french bread.
