Turkey Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked turkey
  • 14 ounces canned artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 5 shakes cayenne

Preparation

Step 1

Finely chop turkey and place in a large bowl. Drain artichoke hearts and chop into small pieces. Add to bowl. Add all other ingredients except mozzarella cheese. Mix well, then place into a shallow 9" baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over top.

Bake at 375 for 10 - 12 minutes; until warm through and cheese is lightly brown. Serve with crackers, pita wedges or tortilla chips.
