Ingredients
- 125 grams light cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, or salad dressing
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickle, drained
- 3 10-inch flour tortilla
- 8 ounces shaved deli beef

Step 1
Combine cheese, mayo and mustard. Stir in pickle. Spread on tortilla. Top with beef. Roll up. Refrigerate 1 hour. Slice into 1" pieces and skewer with pick.
