  • 125 grams light cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, or salad dressing
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickle, drained
  • 3 10-inch flour tortilla
  • 8 ounces shaved deli beef

Step 1

Combine cheese, mayo and mustard. Stir in pickle. Spread on tortilla. Top with beef. Roll up. Refrigerate 1 hour. Slice into 1" pieces and skewer with pick.
