Penne alla vodka

• 1 tbsp butter
• 1/8 c finely chopped shallots
• 1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1/2 tsp chili flakes
• 1/2 c cream
• 1/8 c vodka
• 1/2 lb penne
• Salt
• 1/4 parm

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter cook shallots 2 mins until golden. Add tomato paste and chili cook 1 minute. Add cream vodka and cook 1 minute.
Boil water and salt and pasta cook.
Toss in sauce with cheese
