Ingredients
- 12 wooden skewer, soaked
- 2 pounds rump steak, cut in 1 1/2" pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- PAPRIKA DRESSING: whisk together
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- large pinch cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil

Step 1
Combine steak with garlic, parsley, lemon juice and pepper in non-metallic bowl. Cover and marinate 2 hours in fridge.
Preheat lightly oiled BBQ grill. Thread meat on skewers and cook turning once for 5 - 6 minutes. Drizzle with dressing and serve hot with wedges of lemon.
