Ingredients

    wooden skewer, soaked

  • 2

    pounds rump steak, cut in 1 1/2" pieces

  • 3

    cloves garlic, chopped

  • 1

    tablespoon chopped fresh flat leaf parsley

  • 1/3

    cup lemon juice

  • 1/2

    teaspoon black pepper

  • PAPRIKA DRESSING: whisk together

  • 2

    teaspoons paprika

  • large pinch cayenne

  • 1/2

    teaspoon salt

  • 2

    tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 1/3

    cup olive oil

Directions

Combine steak with garlic, parsley, lemon juice and pepper in non-metallic bowl. Cover and marinate 2 hours in fridge. Preheat lightly oiled BBQ grill. Thread meat on skewers and cook turning once for 5 - 6 minutes. Drizzle with dressing and serve hot with wedges of lemon.
