Italian Meatballs

Found this recipe in a mystery book I was reading and made it and the Red Spaghetti Sauce December 6, 2009. Very good recipe!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef or 3/4 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 pound Italian sausage or if you use ground turkey, use 3/4 pound
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2/3 cup Italian-flavored bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 or 2 cloves fresh garlic
- A little milk to moisten the mixture

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients well, roll into golf-size balls and add to simmering Red Spaghetti Sauce. Cook 10-15 minutes on low.
Or after rolling the mix into balls, brown in a fry pan. Then each person can add the number of meatballs they desire to their spaghetti and sauce.
