Ingredients
- 2 pounds sirloin steak
- 1/3 cup rice or cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sherry
- 3 green onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Step 1
In shallow glass dish, whisk together marinade ingredients. Add steak, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours, turning steak occasionally.
Discarding marinade. place steak on greased grill over medium-high heat, close lid and cook turning to desired doneness.
Transfer to cutting board; tent with foil and let stand for 5 minutes. Slice thinly on the diagonal before serving.
