Mandarin Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 pound round steak, cut in strips
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- rind from 1 orange, `
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli
- 2 tablespoons water
- 10 oz can mandarin oranges
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Step 1
Tenderize beef with mallet. Marinate in a combination of orange juice, rind, soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder, covered overnight in refrigerator
Prepare vegetables. Heat oil in wok Add onions, broccoli and water. Stir well. Cook uncovered for 1 minute and then move to side.
Drain beef, reserving marinade. Stir fry beef until colour changes; mix with vegetables; add orange segments but do not stir.
Combine reserved marinade with cornstarch then add to wok Stir gently until sauce thickens. Serve immediately over a bed of rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
