Korean Beef Kabobs

Ingredients
- 1 pound sirloin tip steaks
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons rice or cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- dash hot pepper sauce

Step 1
Trim fat from steak; cut into about 1 inch cubes.
IN bowl, combine onions, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, oil, sugar and hot pepper sauce. Add beef, stirring to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour of for up to 12 hours.
Thread beef onto metal or soaked wooden skewers. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and cook, turning 3 times, for 10 minutes or until browned but still pink inside.
Meanwhile, in dry skillet, heat sesame seeds over medium heat, stirring often, until golden and fragrant, about 6 minutes. Sprinkle over kabobs.
