Ingredients

  • For three:
  • 3 pounds shrimp
  • 3/4 cup white wine
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup scallion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dill, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 6 pounds angel hair pasta

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except pasta into 3 small ziplock bags.

Divide pasta into 3 larger bags and place the smaller ones inside and freeze until later.
