Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- handful of cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1 16 oz can fire roasted with chillis tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
INSTRUCTIONS
Open and drain all the liquid from the tomatoes into a colinder.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Server as a condiment for your mains or with tortillas as a wonderful start to your Mexican fiesta!
