Crazy Cake

When I was in college I took a class with Barbara Grassley (senator Chuck Grassley's wife) she shared this recipe with the class.

Ingredients

• 3 c flour
• 2 c sugar
• 1 t salt
• 2 T vinegar
• 6 T cocoa
• 2 t soda
• 3/4 oil
• 2 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Sift dry ingredients well. Add liquid ingredients to 2 C. warm water and pour well stired liquid mixture over dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Pour into ungreased 9x13 cake pann. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
