FROSTING - Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 stick regular (salted) butter
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 pound sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Dash of salt to taste (to avoid over-sweetness)

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before using. As simple as it gets!
