Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 3 teaspoon garlic
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped
- 2-1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 -(15 oz) cans tomato sauce
- 2 -(15 oz) cans diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasonings
- 1 tablespoon adobo seasoning
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
In a large pan cook meat, add garlic, onions, and olive oil. Add water and broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasonings, bay leaves and seasoned salt, pepper, adobo seasonings. mix well. Lower heat and cover. Cook for 20 minutes.
Add elbow noodles simmer for 20 minutes. Add cheddar cheese and mix. Add mozzarella cheese before serving.
