Papaya-Ginger Spiked Snow Cone

  • For Syrup:
  • 1 peeled papaya, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 ounces ginger juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • For Snow Cone:
  • 1 1/2 ounces syrup
  • 3/4 ounce Cocchi Americano Rosa
  • 1/4 ounce Cappelletti
  • 1/4 ounce lime juice
  • shaved ice

Step 1

Make Syrup:
Place cut papaya in an airtight container. Add ginger juice and cover with sugar. Refrigerate until juice begins to seep out of fruit, 24-48 hours. Blend and strain.

Make Snow Cone:
Combine syrup, Cocchi Americano Rosa, Cappelletti and lime juice.

Pack a cup with shaved ice. Pour liquid over.
