Ingredients

  • 1 1 can 1 (15oz) can chick peas
  • 3 3 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 3 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 1 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Can Can add Hungarian paprika for flavor.

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients until a paste, add more lemon to taste and oil for required texture.
