Salami and Spinach Stromboli

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1/4 pound salami
  • 4 C fresh spinach
  • 1/2 pound provolone
  • olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

1.Shape 1 pound plain or whole-wheat pizza dough (thawed according to package directions) into a 12-by-15-inch rectangle. Top with ¼ pound sliced salami, 4 cups fresh spinach, and ½ pound thinly sliced provolone.
2.Working from a short end, roll up the dough. Place seam-side down on an oiled baking sheet; brush with olive oil.
3.Bake at 425° F until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
