Grape and Pine Nut Dessert Focaccia

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 2 C seedless red grapes
  • 2 T pine nuts
  • 2 T honey
  • 4 t turbinado sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1.Shape 1 pound plain or whole-wheat pizza dough (thawed according to package directions) into 2 ovals; place on an oiled baking sheet.
2.Dividing evenly, sprinkle the rounds with 2 cups seedless red grapes and 2 tablespoons pine nuts (press in gently); drizzle with 2 tablespoons honey and 4 teaspoons turbinado sugar.
3.Bake at 425° F until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
