Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- cornmeal
- 2 red potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 2 T rosemary leaves
- 2 T olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1.Shape 1 pound plain or whole-wheat pizza dough (thawed according to package directions) into a large oval; place on a cornmeal-dusted baking sheet.
2.In a large bowl, toss 2 thinly sliced red potatoes, 2 cloves sliced garlic, 2 tablespoons rosemary leaves, and 2 tablespoons olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
3.Scatter evenly over the dough and bake at 425° F until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
