Moist & Tender Wings

Ingredients

  • 25 whole chicken wings (5 lbs)
  • 1 (12 oz) bottle chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 TBSP worcestershire sauce
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 TBSP chili powder
  • 1 TBSP salsa
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 3 drops hot pepper sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cut chiekn wings into 3 sections. Discard wing tips. Place the wings in a 5 qt slow cooker. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. pour over chicken. Stir to coat. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until chicken is tender. About 4 dozen.

You can also substitute 5 lbs of uncooked chicken wing setions (wingettes)
