Holiday Reese PB Cup Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• Reese's cup miniatures
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 1/4 cup flour
• 3/4 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven at 375
Cream butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar.Beat in egg and vanilla. Sift flour, baking soda and salt together. Blend mixtures together. form into 1 inch balls and place in ungreased 1 1/2 inch muffin tins. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven, immediately insert Reese's cup into cookies and push down. Let cool 10 minutes in pan. Remove from tins and let cool completely.
