Strawberries with Cream Cheese

You definitely need large berries
This definitely works best with a piper not in a plastic bag.

Ingredients
- 1 (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c powdered sugar (add a little more)
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 2 T grated dark chocolate
- 32 large strawberries
Preparation
Step 1
For filling, beat cream cheese, sugar, and almond extract. Add grated chocolate.
Cut a thin slice from the stem end of the berry so that it will stand up straight. On tip end cut 4 wedges, but do not cut through the stem end. Gently pull apart wedges and pipe filling into the center. Be careful not to pull the berry apart.
Serve immediately or cover and chill for up to 6 hours. Sprinkle additional chocolate on top.
