Ingredients

  • Blueberry Buckle
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 t. baking powder
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 2 c. blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar, add egg. Alternately add milk with combined dry ingredients. Gently fold in blueberries. Spread into greased springform pan.

Topping:

1/2 c. brown sugar

1/2 t. cinnamon

1/2 c. flour

4 T. butter

Combine topping ingredients well. Gently press topping on cake. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until done.
