Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground veal
  • 1 lbs ground pork
  • 1/2 lbs ground beef (optional)
  • 2 onions
  • smoked bacon (cut in small pieces)
  • I cup rice
  • 2 whole eggs
  • Seasonings ( salt, pepper, little vegeta, oregano, Italian seasoning (if you have it) bay leaves
  • Piece of smoked meat
  • 2 heads of sour cabbage
  • 2 cans of tomato sauce
  • oil, flower

Preparation

Step 1

1. Take the cup of rice and cook it half way ( very important) let it cool
2. Take all ground meat and hand mix together
3. Add to the mixture cut onion in small squares, 2 eggs, smoked bacon, rice and seasonings
4. With hand mix all
5. In a big pot, 2 big spoons of oil, add about 3 big spoons of flower. Brown the mixture.
6.Add 2 cans of tomato sauce and ½ to 1 cups of water
7. Take your meat mixture fold into the sour cabbage leaves roll
8. Put the rolls into the pot with the smoked meat
9. Cut up some of the sour cabbage into shreds and put loosely on the top, make sure that the rolls are cover in sauce mixture. Add bay leaves
10. COOK ON LOW TEMPERATURE
