ARTICHOKE DIP WITH FETA

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained,chopped
  • 2 pkg feta cheese (4oz ea)crumbled
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
  • 2-6 cloves garlic, minced
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • breadcrumbs

Preparation

Step 1

1) mix all ingredients, spoon into 9 inch pie pan, or 3c baking dish. sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

2) bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned
