Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained,chopped
- 2 pkg feta cheese (4oz ea)crumbled
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 c sour cream
- 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
- 2-6 cloves garlic, minced
- juice of 1 lemon
- breadcrumbs
Preparation
Step 1
1) mix all ingredients, spoon into 9 inch pie pan, or 3c baking dish. sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
2) bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned
