Ingredients
- off heat, stir:
- 1 cup yellow onion, chopped
- 2 T garlic, minced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 chipotle peppers chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Sauté onion in oil until softened.
Add garlic, ketchup, marmalade, vinegar, sugar, mustard, lime juice, and peppers. Simmer until sauce slightly thickens, about 30 minutes.
Off heat, stir in chopped fresh cilantro and stir.
