Charm City Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 3-4 cups water
  • 1 cup milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 4-6 ears of corn
  • 4 TB butter
  • 1 tsp cajun seasoning
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Bring water/milk/one pinch salt to a boil. Cut ears of corn either in half or thirds (depending on size). Add to the boiling water mixture and cook until tender, about 8 minutes; drain.
2. In same pot, melt butter,seasoning and salt. Add and toss corn to coat. Serve warm!
