Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups ap flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- salt
- 1 cup cooked spinach pureed

Preparation
Step 1
Make a well with flour add eggs and salt. Mix until well combined add spinach. mix until a ball forms. Add more flour if too wet. Knead for about 8 minutes. Cover and let rest for at least 30 minutes. Portion into 4 portions and run through the pasta maker.
