Ingredients
- 5 cups torn spinach leaves
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 c. thin red onion wedges
- 2 slices bacon, crisply cooked, drained and crumbled
- 2 hard boiled eggs, cut into wedges
- 1/3 c. creamy poppyseed dressing

Mix all ingredients except dressing in large bowl.
Add dressing; mix lightly.
Serve immediately.
