Ingredients

  • 4 oz sushi grade tuna, 1/4 inch dice
  • 2 tbsp red onion, brunoise
  • 1 tbsp green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 avocado, 1/4 inch dice
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp orange zest
  • 12 wonton skins

Preparation

Step 1

Mix onion, sesame seeds, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, cilantro, and orange zest; mix well. In separate bowl, mix lime juice, avocado, and salt; chill. Mix everything together just before serving. Deep fry wontons until golden.
