Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 About 1/2 cup powder sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate. Combine with sugar and oil. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well,. Add vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to the chocolate mixture. Stir in the nuts (if desired. Chill dough.

Drop teaspoonfuls of dough in powder sugar. Roll to coat. Place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake in 350 degree oven 10-12 minutes. Cool on rack.
