Lemon Cake

Ingredients

  • Glaze:
  • 1 package Betty Crocker Lemon Velvet cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 small package lemon jello or instant pudding
  • powdered sugar and lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325

Mix all cake ingredients together and beat well. Pour into a greased cake pan

Bake for 30 minutes.

When the cake is done and while still hot, punch full of holes about an inch apart with a toothpick. Spread a thin coat of the glaze over the cake.

Note: This cake sinks in the middle when baked in Utah. We have tried various high altitude adjustments with no luck.
