White Chocolate Party Mix

Ingredients

• 2 bags microwave popcorn, popped
• 3 cups frosted Cherrios or Chex
• 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
• 1 14 ounce bag M&M candies
• 1 10 ounce bag pretzels
• 1 12 ounce bag toffee bits
• 2 12 ounce bags vanilla chips
• 2 tbs vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Heat vanilla chips and oil in microwave on High for one minute. Stir until melted. Pour melted mix over dry ingredients and stir well. Pour on two large cookie sheets covered in parchment paper until firm. Break apart mix and store in air-tight containers.
