Directions

Heat oven to 325°F. Cut 30xl8-inch piece of heavy-duty foil; place in 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish or baking pan. Place roast in center of foil; arrange vegetables around roast. Sprinkle roast and vegetables with soup mix; spoon condensed soup over roast and vegetables. Seal foil securely. Bake at 325°F. for 2 to 3 hours or until roast and vegetables are tender. Spoon sauce over meat and vegetables before serving. **
