Mocha Icing

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup choc chips
• 2 Tbsp hot water
• 2 tsp instant coffee
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 pints chip cream

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients in a small sauce pan and heat till they are dissolved
Cool
Whip cream and fold in mocha mixture
