Crazy Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 cup sour milk
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup boiling water

Preparation

Step 1

Place ingredients in bowl in order given. Beat thoroughly.

Bake in greased 8-inch pan at 375 for 30 minutes.
