White Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients

  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 7-ounce jar marshmallow creme
  • 8 ounces white chocolate baking squares, chilled
  • 1/4 cup creme de cacao or amaretto
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • whole fresh strawberries and/or shortbread sticks

Preparation

Step 1

In a heavy medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, marshmallow cream, and chopped white chocolate. Cook and stir over low heat until the chocolate melts. Stir in creme de cacao or amaretto and milk. Transfer to fondue pot; place over fondue burner and serve with dippers.
