Ingredients
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3 tablespoons rum
Preparation
Step 1
In a small saucepan blend whipping cream and brown sugar. Stirring , bring to a full vigorously foaming boil and cook 30 seconds. Combine cornstarch and water and stir in slowly. Boil until desired thickness is reached. Pour into fondue pan and add 2 - 3 Tablespoons rum. Warm over very low heat.
