Spicy Pineapple Slaw

The dressing on this salad makes it a little spicy, the pineapple makes it a little sweet, and the broccoli slaw makes it healthy! A perfect side dish or top with sliced grilled chicken for a main dish.
- 1 package broccoli slaw
- 1 package shredded carrots
- 1 small can diced pineapple, drained
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup Stonewall Sesame Ginger salad dressing
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced, optional
Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 65mins
Mix everything in a large bowl. Chill at least one hour before serving.
