Ingredients
- 1 pound coarse-ground lean pork
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Stuff into casings, or fry plain. Best in casing.
